- When will my order ship?
Click to view our Production Time Schedule. Shipping time is in addition to our production time--you may expedite shipping if necessary during the checkout process. You may choose from 1st Class Mail or FedEx Ground, 3-Day Delivery, 2-Day Delivery, Next Day P.M. and Next Day Early A.M.
- Rush Service
We offer a NEXT DAY Rush Service on our production time for an additional charge of $8.00 net PER ITEM. If your order is received before 4:30 p.m. Central Time, it will be shipped the next working day. Rush orders received after 4:30 p.m. Central Time will be shipped on the 2nd working day (Our Production Time Schedule). Rushes are NOT available on photo printing. This service is NOT available between November 15 and December 15. Orders placed after December 1st may require upgraded shipping to assure pre-Christmas delivery.
All items on your order must ship together. We will rush production on your entire order for $8.00 per item.
- Can I see a proof of my order before printing?
Yes, you may purchase a professionally typeset proof of your custom layout for $6.00, which will show you exactly how this item will look. The order will not be printed until we receive your approval. Add an additional 1-2 days to total processing time.
- Do you offer digital photo printing? (UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO HERE)
Yes--your photo will be digitally printed with a matte photo finish directly on your holiday card or birth announcement. After you have placed your order, upload your high-resolution photo (preferably 300 dpi) to printswellphotos.com. For best results use the highest resolution image available for your camera. Allow room for us to crop the photo. We accept photos in jpg, psd, or tif file formats. A proof is required at no additional cost on quantities of 300 or more. Allow an additional 3 days for processing photo card orders.
- Can I place an order over the phone?
No, orders for Sweet Pea Designs products are only available through our dealer network: home, retail, or online.
- How can I track the status of my order?
Login to My Account and go to Order Status. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
- Can I get my envelopes pre-shipped?
Yes, if the order is placed before the birth of the baby, we can pre-ship baby announcement envelopes in advance for $2.00.
- Do you offer discounts?
Sweet Pea Designs offers seasonal promotional discounts. Please join our mailing list to receive e-mail notifications of upcoming offers.
- Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
There will be a sales tax charge for all orders shipped to an address within the state of Alabama.
- Cancelled Orders
If you place an order by mistake, please call our Customer Service Department immediately, and we will cancel the order for you. If the order has entered into any stage of production, cancellation fees will apply. If the order has already gone to print, you will be charged in full. Please make sure that you are satisfied with your selections before submitting an order.
